Today announced Jessica Howard, a 10-year business and computer science teacher who advances career-connected learning, as the 2027 Iowa Teacher of the Year.
Each school year, the state's top agriculture educator is presented with the Golden Owl Award, honoring outstanding achievements and excellence in the field.
