- April 23, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Introduction to Supplemental Weighted Funding Formula and Student Reporting
This session will focus on the basics of supplemental weighted funding and elements of entering data into the district's Student Information System for correct reporting to Student Reporting in Iowa. Attendees will be provided the documentation and information necessary to calculate the funding formula to determine supplemental weighting as well as the review of definitions and rules for accurate SRI data entry.

Postponed, TBD - Annual Administrative Requirements Overview
This training session will provide an overview of the key elements involved in the review of Methods of Administration (MOA) for Iowa’s community colleges. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the legal and procedural requirements related to civil rights compliance in career and technical education (CTE) programs. The session will cover critical components such as nondiscrimination statements, the appointment and responsibilities of Title IX and Section 504/ADA coordinators, and the development and implementation of grievance procedures. Attendees will leave with practical guidance and tools to support institutional compliance.
