Annually, by January 31st, Iowa is required to submit a Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) to the U.S. Department of Education regarding its use of Perkins V funds. Under Perkins V and applicable Department regulations, eligible agencies are required to submit the following reports each year:

• Narrative performance report pursuant to 2 CFR 200.328 and 34 CFR 76.720

• Financial reports pursuant to 2 CFR 200.327 and 34 CFR 76.720

• Performance data reports pursuant to section 113 of the Perkins V CAR data submitted online are made available to the public on the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education's (OCTAE's) public dissemination website via National and State Profiles, available at https://cte.ed.gov/profiles/national-summary, and the Perkins Data Explorer, available at https://cte.ed.gov/pcrn/explorer

States must also report disaggregated data on student performance, and the “Iowa Perkins V & CTE Summary” dashboards cover information on secondary and community college performance accountability defined in the Federal Perkins V Act, as well as enrollment, both statewide and by district. https://iowastudentoutcomes.com/secondary-cte
