- Deaf and Hard of Hearing Database (8-19-24) - A state-wide database that contains learners who are deaf or hard of hearing and all learners aged birth to 21 years who have been screened or tested by an audiometrist and/or audiologist. The database also captures language assessment data for learners who are deaf or hard of hearing between the ages of 0-8 years. The tool is available in ACHIEVE and accessible to most ACHIEVE users.
- Child Count Dashboard (8-8-24) - Roles and granular permissions created to support the Special Education Child Count process. Users with assigned roles/permissions have access to the Count Dashboard under My Tools in ACHIEVE. (See the 2024 Special Education Enrollment Count information guide in the ACHIEVE Training & Resources section.)
- ACHIEVE Family Contact Validation (8-8-24) - A process deployed to improve data quality and enhance the security of protected learner information, this enhancement includes new relationship types, allowing Early ACCESS and Special Education providers to more clearly identify IDEA Parent(s).
- ACHIEVE LEA User Manager (8-8-24) - A user role created for appointed LEA (district) staff to manage roles and permissions for district staff requiring access to General Supervision tools in ACHIEVE.
