Description: This introductory training is designed to equip new preschool teachers with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to create engaging, inclusive classrooms that support every learner. Delivered through a hybrid of synchronous and asynchronous learning, the program spans the school year and includes nine live virtual learning sessions along with self-paced assignments completed through the same platforms participants will use for ongoing daily support. Through this blended learning model, participants will build a strong foundation in effective teaching practices, preschool standards, assessment, and early childhood special education services, preparing them for success in the preschool classroom.
