Note: Participants may register for one or all sessions based on their implementation needs.
Description: The IQPPS Standards Deep Dive Learning Series is designed to support early childhood educators and administrators in building a shared understanding of the revised Iowa Quality Preschool Program Standards (IQPPS).
Each session will focus on a specific IQPPS standard and will provide opportunities to:
- Build understanding of the revised standards and key updates
- Explore connections between standards, instructional practices and learning environments
- Identify strategies to support implementation
- Engage in discussion and explore solutions to implementation questions
Session Format: All sessions will be held live virtually from 3:30–4:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month September through January. Time will be dedicated in each session for questions and answers.
Audience: administrators, teaching staff, instructional coaches, and AEA staff supporting preschool programs
