Description: This three-day course provides early childhood professionals with an in-depth exploration of the 4th Edition of the Iowa Early Learning Standards and practical strategies for integrating the standards into everyday professional practice. Participants will examine the purpose, organization, and key updates of the standards while developing a deeper understanding of how they support children's development and learning across domains. The course is designed to move beyond simply understanding the standards to confidently using them as a framework for supporting children's learning and development and strengthening professional practice. License renewal credit available.
