The 2024 Iowa’s Annual Work-Based Learning Coordinators Conference is coming up on April 2.

Work-based learning and experience coordinators, supervisors, career and technical education teachers and school-to-work coordinators interested in high-quality work-based learning programs are encouraged to register to attend this full-day of connection and professional development at the Prairie Meadows Events Center in Altoona.

Coordinated through the Iowa Work-Based Learning Coordinators’ executive board, this year’s conference will help school districts develop and expand work-based learning programs. Featured keynote and breakout sessions throughout the day will focus on the entire work-based learning continuum.

Any attendee, no matter their experience level in work-based learning, will be able to learn new strategies and techniques for their curriculums. Opportunities to network and share local perspectives will also be available during the event.

The annual business meeting and selection of executive board positions will occur during the conference as well.

Regular conference registration is now open through March 1. Late registrations will be accepted through March 22. Limited space is available for the conference.
