The Iowa Department of Education is seeking content developers and content experts who are licensed Iowa educators to create and support the development of online units or courses for Iowa e-Learning Central.
The application deadline is April 3 at 5 p.m.
Iowa e-Learning Central is a resource that provides access to content and tools to support educators in providing high-quality instruction whether it is online, face-to-face or in a hybrid delivery format.
Content developers will create online, student-facing units and the supporting teacher materials in the following areas: art, music, physical education, health, computer science, mathematics, English language arts, science, social studies, world languages, career and technical education, and work-based learning. They will be supported by content experts who will provide guidance and feedback to content developers with a focus on content and coherence.
